Apple Jam with Gelatin
Description
A simple way to prepare ahead. Here is a simple recipe for apple jam with gelatin. I’ll say right away that children adore this treat. Instead of baking, you can cook the apples in a saucepan until they reach the same purée consistency. This time I didn’t boil them; I simply baked them in the microwave. In short, make it whichever way suits you. Good luck. Store in a cool, dark place.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut into slices.
- 2
Step 2

Place the apples in a roasting bag and put them in the microwave or oven. Bake until done, for example, like potatoes. You can tell they’re ready by the smell.
- 3
Step 3

Let the apples cool. Now blend them in a blender until you have a smooth, thick puree. Add a couple of spoonfuls of syrup from the raspberry jam to the puree.
- 4
Step 4

Add the gelatin here as well and stir. Heat until hot (do not bring to a boil) and let cool right away.
- 5
Step 5

Beat the cooled puree with a mixer. It took me 10 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the prepared purée into a mold lined with greased baking paper. Place the mold in the refrigerator.
- 7
Step 7

Remove the paper from the set dessert.
- 8
Step 8

Cut into cubes.
