Apple jam without sterilization
Description
This is a simple recipe for making apple jam without sterilization. You can freely adjust the ingredient amounts in this recipe depending on your needs. A lot depends on the apple variety—for example, mine were sweet, and for 500 grams of apples I used 300 grams of sugar. If the apples are not sweet, the ideal ratio will be 1 : 1. Have a good day. The preserves are ready for winter storage.
