Apple Jam
Description
Winter preserving at home. This is a simple recipe for apple jam made from “Aport” apples. You will need: apples and sugar (you can add cinnamon if you like). If your apples are firm, you will need to cook them longer than the recipe states. Tart apples need more sugar. Happy cooking! The preserve is ready for winter storage.
