Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Pour the hot golden currant jam into sterilized jars, seal with lids, and put away for storage. The jam is like honey, only slightly tart. Be sure to follow the ratio: 1.2–1.3 kg of sugar per kilogram of berries. Cook the jam until it thickens and turns golden. Good luck! The jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
