Blackcurrant Jam for Colds

Description

Homemade preserves keep for a long time. I suppose the benefits of blackcurrants are common knowledge, since this berry is rich in vitamins and beneficial minerals that help strengthen the immune system. However, when blackcurrants are heat-treated, they unfortunately lose many of their beneficial properties, so it is very important to know how to make blackcurrant jam for colds correctly. There are no special secrets here; making this jam is no harder than any other, I would even say easier. This treat not only has an excellent taste but also fully preserves all the vitamins and beneficial substances that are so necessary for our body during illness, though the jam must be stored in the refrigerator. You can prepare a couple of jars in summer and freeze the rest of the berries, then in winter make fresh blackcurrant jam for colds at home from them—this is very convenient and simple. Store in a cool, dark place.
