No-cook plum jam
Description
A preservation recipe without unnecessary complications. Take a minute to learn a simple recipe for plum jam made without cooking. For this jam, use twice as much sugar as fruit. I used 2 kg of sugar per 1 kg of plums. The finished jam keeps well in the refrigerator, does not spoil, and disappears quickly. Wishing you successful preparation. The preserve is ready to store for winter.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Sort through the plums and discard any rotten ones right away. Wash them thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Remove the pits from the plums. A pencil works well for this, by the way.
- 3
Step 3

Place the pitted plums in a deep container.
- 4
Step 4

Using a meat grinder, grind all the plums.
- 5
Step 5

Add sugar to the ground plums.
- 6
Step 6

Mix everything thoroughly and let the berries stand for 10 minutes; after 10 minutes, stir again again — our goal is to dissolve all the sugar.
- 7
Step 7

Transfer the finished jam into sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
