Peach jam without canning
Description
Ideal for putting up for winter. Here is a simple recipe for peach jam without canning. I suggest you start in the evening—that way you’ll save time. Toss the sliced peach wedges with sugar and leave them like that overnight. During that time the peaches will release the juice you need. Store the finished jam in the refrigerator, though I doubt this treat will stay around long! Have a great day
