
Peach Jam Without Water

A simple way to make preserves ahead of time. Here is a simple recipe for peach jam made without water. Preparation time is approximately one day. Store the jam in a dark, dry place, ideally in a cellar, but you can also keep it at home at room temperature. On a cold winter evening, the jam will come in very handy—invite your friends, brew tea, and treat everyone to peach jam! Have a nice day. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.

Wash and slice the peaches into wedges, removing the pits.

Place the peaches in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar, pour liquid melon puree on top, and add a cinnamon stick. Place over heat, bring to a boil, and remove from the heat. Let the jam cool, then repeat the procedure two more times.

After the third boil, remove the cinnamon stick and pour the jam into sterilized jars, seal with the lids, and turn the jars upside down until completely cool.
