No-Cook Raspberry Jam
Description
Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Yes, I understand that the recipe name sounds rather odd, since the word “jam” itself already implies boiling, but you really can make any treat without any heat treatment. Making no-cook raspberry jam at home is effortless, and in return you get not only a tasty treat but also an endless supply of vitamins that will surely come in handy during the cold winter months. This simple no-cook raspberry jam recipe has only one drawback: you will have to store this deliciousness in a cool place, because at room temperature the jam will simply spoil. So make room in your refrigerator for a couple of jars of this treat, and let’s get started.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

So, sort through the raspberries and rinse them under cold water.
- 2
Step 2

Then place the berries in the blender bowl and blend until puréed.
- 3
Step 3

Transfer the resulting mixture into a deep container.
- 4
Step 4

And sprinkle with sugar.
- 5
Step 5

Mix everything thoroughly and leave for about an hour.
- 6
Step 6

After the allotted time, stir the jam again until all sugar granules have dissolved.
- 7
Step 7

Now the jam is ready; all that remains is to distribute it among sterilized jars and seal them with lids. From this amount of ingredients, I ended up with about 2 liters of finished jam.
