No-cook gooseberry jam
Description
A simple way to put up extras for later. Personally I adore this gooseberry jam recipe made without boiling: it’s very good for you, and it keeps all the berries’ summery flavour because we don’t boil it. It disappears fast too—it never hangs around long enough to spoil! So definitely try this easy no-cook gooseberry jam recipe. It’s ready to store for winter.
