Strawberry Jam in a Multicooker
Description
Homemade winter preserves. A simple strawberry jam recipe. In a multicooker, the berries simmer almost without boiling, which improves their flavor. The berries stay whole and turn sweet as they absorb the sugar syrup. Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
