If the kiwi is firm, you can add half a cup of drinking water. 5. Close the multicooker lid and set the mode to “Boil.” Set the timer for 15 minutes. Cook at maximum temperature. 6. The jam should now cool, after which you can serve it. This is the simplest recipe for kiwi jam in a multicooker. If you want to make jam to keep, it is best stored in jars. For this, sterilize the jars beforehand. Sterilizing one 1-liter jar takes about 15 minutes. After the jam has finished cooking in the multicooker and cooled, you can pour it into the jars and seal them right away. Store in a cool, dark place.
