
Kiwi Jam for Winter
Description

Prepare the ingredients.

Slice the lemons into rings.

Place the prepared rings into a saucepan of lightly sugared water. Use 100 grams of sugar. Boil the syrup for 15–20 minutes.

Wash and peel the kiwis.

Slice the kiwi the same way—into rings or in any other shape you like. Rings simply look nicer.

Now place the kiwi in the saucepan with the syrup. Add the remaining sugar and cook over medium heat until dissolved. This will take no more than 15 minutes.
