Pear Jam in a Multicooker

Description

A homemade winter preserve. The whole charm of using a slow cooker is that, essentially, to make pear jam with oranges in a slow cooker, you only need to set the timer and select the appropriate mode. You can use the same method to make jam from pears only or from oranges only. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.

    Wash the pear and oranges in cold water.

    Cut the fruit into pieces of any shape. Remove the seeds from the oranges and the core from the pear.

    Place the fruit in the multicooker bowl. Sprinkle the fruit with sugar.

    Close the lid, select the "Stewing" mode, and set the timer for 90 minutes.

    While the jam is cooking, sterilize the jars. Submerge them in boiling water and keep them there for 15–20 minutes. Pour the finished jam into the jars and seal the lids.
