Pear Jam with Cloves
Description
A preserve for winter made at home. That very flavor we all love in pear jam comes from steeping the pears in sugar, so this step must not be skipped. After that, everything is simple: make a sugar syrup and cook in it the sugared pears that have released their juice. This is one of the most reliable ways to make pear jam with cloves at home. The preserve is ready for winter storage.
