Physalis jam for winter
Description
A simple way to put something up for later. I’d like to share a classic physic jam recipe for winter, the kind people have been making since long ago. Many people know how good this berry is for you, but not everyone knows you can turn physic into jam. The preserves are ready to store for winter.
Instructions

Step 1

1. So, take cape gooseberries (physalis) and remove the husks from each berry. Wash them thoroughly and pierce each one with a needle.

Step 2

2. Sprinkle the berries with sugar in a saucepan and leave for half an hour. Then add a little water to the saucepan and place over low heat. Do not cover the saucepan with a lid.
