Description

Chokeberry jam is an exquisite winter preserve that combines a rich berry aroma with a light tang. During preparation, the berries are blanched, then cooked in sugar syrup; in the final stage, apple pieces and lemon juice are added, which gives the jam freshness and a balanced flavor. This jam is perfect with tea, as a filling for baked goods, or in desserts.
