Five-Minute Blueberry Jam
Description
A homemade winter preserve. Blueberries are very good for you (especially for people with weak eyesight). Because five-minute blueberry jam is not subjected to long heat processing, almost all the vitamins are preserved. In short, it is a real elixir for everyone who is nearsighted or farsighted. Five-minute blueberry jam is much healthier than traditional jam cooked in several stages. And, in my opinion, tastier too: the berries are not overcooked but taste as if they were just picked and tossed with sugar. In short, enjoy and be well! And meanwhile I will tell and show you how. Serve at the table or keep it in the pantry.
