Cherry Jam in the Microwave
Description
A homemade winter preserve. I want to say that this recipe for making cherry jam in the microwave is certainly quite interesting, but my family still preferred the jam made the traditional way. It simply turned out rather thin, like cherries in their own juice or syrup. But for anyone who wants to use this microwave cherry jam at home as a liquid topping or tea syrup — it's perfect for that. Store in a cool, dark place.
