Banana Jam in a Bread Machine

Description

A simple way to make preserves ahead of time. When I bought a bread machine, I immediately noticed that it has a "Jam" mode, which was certainly a surprise to me, since we had bought this appliance for making bread. For a long time I didn't dare try making anything in this mode, but then I decided that since it was there, it was worth using after all. Since it was winter and there weren't many good fruits for sale, I settled on bananas—thankfully they're available in any store at any time. All in all, the result turned out quite good, so I decided to share this recipe with you and tell you: the preserve is ready for winter storage.
