Apricot Jam in a Multicooker
Description
Incredibly delicious apricot jam turns out when made in a multicooker at home. What’s more, it’s quick: instead of 5 hours, you’ll spend only one hour making it. In taste, it’s no different from jam cooked on the stove. Jars keep for up to a year in a cool place.
Instructions

Step 1

1. To make the jam, we need ripe, unspoiled apricots. I prefer the larger ones.
- 2
Step 2

2. Wash the fruit, pat them dry slightly, and remove the pits. You can now cut them into small pieces or leave them as halves. Place the apricots in the multi-cooker pot and sprinkle with sugar.

Step 3

3. Now set the mode to "Stew." In my multicooker, this step takes about 60 minutes. If you cook on "Bake" mode, do not close the lid.

Step 4

4. Don't forget to stir the jam from time to time. That's it — after an hour, homemade apricot jam in the multicooker is ready.

Step 5

5. Now all that's left is to pour it into sterilized jars and seal them. Store in a cool place for best results.
