Apricot Jam with Chunks
Description
Perfect for winter pantry stock. I always make winter jam using this recipe. It's very simple: remove the pits from the apricots, sprinkle them with sugar, and let sit for several hours. When they release their juice, stir. If you prefer a runnier jam, you can add a little water. Put on the heat, simmer for 5 minutes after it comes to a boil, and set aside. Repeat this step after 3 hours, then once more. Pour the hot jam into jars, seal, and let cool. Happy preserving!
