Condensed milk boiled in the microwave
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Of course, there are a few tricks to keep in mind. Be sure to use high-quality condensed milk without any additives. Otherwise, the mixture won't cook properly—it will melt, burn, form lumps, and so on. Use a large glass container; otherwise, the condensed milk will boil over! Stir constantly and don't overcook. The condensed milk cooked in the microwave turns out thicker than when cooked in a can. Stop when it reaches a dark beige color—otherwise, you'll end up with delicious caramel. The mixture will thicken as it cools. Serve chilled.
