Boiled chicken in a multicooker

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's no secret that boiled meat, especially chicken, is dietary and recommended for people with digestive issues or for young children. At one point, I couldn't eat fried or stewed food either, so I cooked boiled chicken in a multicooker at home. To prevent the meat from tasting too bland, I added vegetables and herbs to the water—nothing special, yet the flavor becomes much richer and more intense. So, if you've decided to give up unhealthy food or simply want to watch your figure, you might find this simple recipe for boiled chicken in a multicooker useful. 1) First, remove the skin, membranes, and fat from the chicken fillet and thoroughly rinse it under running water. 2) Place the fillet into the multicooker bowl, add peeled carrots, whole peeled onions, and herbs. Pour in water until the liquid completely covers the meat and vegetables. 3) Select the "Stewing" or "Soup" mode on your multicooker (depending on the model), set the timer for 1.5 hours, and cook with the lid closed. Don't forget to skim off the foam once the water starts boiling. Serve the cooked chicken fillet with fresh vegetables or your favorite side dish. The leftover broth can be used to make an excellent vegetable soup. Enjoy your meal! The dish is ready to be served.
