Boiled Beef

This recipe won't take much time. I should mention that on its own I'm not especially fond of the taste of boiled beef, so even in soup I fish it out. That's why I was skeptical about this boiled beef recipe at first. But then my friend made it, and you know what—my doubts vanished completely! It turned out to be an amazingly tasty appetizer, juicy and spicy! I think it'll be a hit on the holiday table! So I'm sharing how to make boiled beef. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. So, boil the beef in whole pieces until done, together with the root vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. When it has finished cooking and cooled, remove it, make cuts along the grain, and rub with a mixture of finely chopped herbs and garlic. Tie with string so it holds together.

3. Generously coat the meat on all sides with adjika, and wrap it in plastic wrap.
