Vanilla cake with whipped cream

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare two 23 cm round baking pans, line them with parchment paper. Place the paper to cover the entire surface of the pans. In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat sugar and eggs for 1 minute. Add flour, milk, oil, baking powder, and vanilla, and beat for another minute. Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s). Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. After baking, loosen the cake from the sides of the pan with a knife. Let the cake cool completely before decorating it with icing. You can decorate it with any berries or fruits. Serve the finished dessert.
