Description
Vanilla pudding is very easy and quick to prepare. To avoid lumps, it's best to use a whisk during cooking. But if there are still lumps in the pudding, don't worry—just strain it through a sieve.

Separate the yolks from the whites and place them in a small bowl. Add sugar to taste.
