Vanilla cheesecake with Oreo
Description
The dessert is simple and quick to prepare. A traditional cheesecake is made with a shortcrust base. You can make it yourself from flour and butter, or use crackers crushed into crumbs. Crackers, shortbread cookies, or Oreo cookies work perfectly for this. After baking, the cheesecake is cooled and then served. You can add berries, citrus juice and zest, vanilla, cinnamon, or other flavorings. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
