Vanilla Pancakes with Milk
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. For pancakes, take the milk and eggs out ahead of time so they are at room temperature. If you do not have vanilla essence, substitute vanillin or vanilla sugar. You can serve pancakes with milk, tea, or coffee, along with jam, jelly, condensed milk, or honey. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients you need for vanilla milk pancakes. Take the egg and milk out of the fridge ahead of time, melt the butter and let it cool.
- 2
Step 2

Crack the egg into a bowl, add the sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Beat with a mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the melted butter into the mixture and mix on low mixer speed.
- 4
Step 4

Pour the warm milk into a bowl and mix without a mixer.
- 5
Step 5

Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift it into the milk mixture. Stir everything until smooth, with a batter consistency like that of ordinary pancakes.
- 6
Step 6

Leave the dough on the kitchen counter for 10–15 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Heat a Teflon-coated skillet over medium heat. Pour in one tablespoon of batter and cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove the pancake from the skillet and continue cooking pancakes with the remaining batter.
