Vanilla cupcakes with frosting
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These cupcakes are a great substitute for a cake on a festive table, especially at a buffet. Beat the butter for the cupcakes for no more than 3 minutes so it does not split. If you increase the number of servings, add each egg separately and beat until smooth. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
