1. Put light cream, sugar, vanilla caviar, the vanilla pod itself, and cinnamon sticks into a saucepan.

3. Meanwhile, beat the egg yolks for about 2 minutes until they become slightly lighter in color. Remove the cinnamon sticks and vanilla pod from the hot cream mixture. Gradually add the hot cream to the yolks in portions, constantly stirring to prevent the yolks from curdling.

4. After that, place the mixture over heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens. Then strain the mixture through a fine sieve to prevent lumps from forming.
