
Vanilla-Chocolate Cake
Description
By mixing two types of dough in one pan, you can achieve something truly unique. This baked treat is perfect for entertaining guests or family gatherings. Make a milk glaze or lemon glaze for it, or even soak it with syrup. Serve with tea or coffee.

1. Grease a loaf pan with butter, sprinkle with flour, and shake off the excess.

2. Place 0.5 cup of sugar, 0.5 cup of cocoa, hot coffee, honey, and 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract into a saucepan. Put the saucepan over heat and cook until a smooth mixture forms, then remove from heat and set aside for now.

3. Place the butter into the bowl of a mixer, add 2 cups of sugar, beat for 2 minutes, then add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, then add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the flour in three batches, alternating with kefir. Mix thoroughly and finally stir in the chocolate chips.

4. Place 1/3 of the batter into the saucepan with the prepared chocolate syrup and mix well.
