The recipe won't take much time. Prepare this colorful ice cream with a simple design in the morning and delight your family and friends with a refreshing dessert by lunchtime. It will be especially suitable in summer, so make several servings at once. Serve chilled.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Use cream with a fat content of more than 33% so it whips well. You can use any chocolate.

    Pour the chilled cream into the bowl of a blender, mixer, or food processor. Beat with sugar for about 4-5 minutes at the highest speed. Then mix in the lemon juice.

    Place half of the cream mixture into a deep container. Into the remaining half, mix in the cocoa powder and grated chocolate. The richer the color of the cocoa powder, the more vibrant the prepared ice cream will be. Transfer the chocolate mixture to the container with the cream mixture and lightly swirl together.

    Place the prepared sweet mixture into a silicone ice cream mold and insert wooden sticks into it. Put the mold in the freezer for 3-4 hours until the sweet mixture is completely frozen.
