Waffles in a waffle maker (recipe with condensed milk)

Description

The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. You'll need a waffle maker, which I think many people still have. Roll the waffles into tubes immediately after cooking, otherwise they will harden later. Once cooled, fill the tubes with cream, condensed milk, or any other filling. A great dessert for both children and adults. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Boil the condensed milk in boiling water for 2-3 hours, then cool it in cold water.

    Melt 200 g of butter, and in another bowl, mix the chicken eggs with granulated sugar.

    Add the egg mixture to the melted butter, then sift in the flour and add the baking powder, pour in the vanilla essence and liqueur, and mix well.

    Preheat the waffle iron, place a tablespoon of batter in the center, close the waffle iron, then open it and remove the pancake.
