Waffles in a waffle maker
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Today I will share my recipe with you,
Instructions

Step 1

To make waffles, we need a waffle iron. It should be preheated. If you're using a stovetop waffle iron, don't overheat it. The batter browns very quickly, so an excessively hot waffle iron will burn the waffles fast. To prepare the batter, take flour. Sift it into a bowl. Add kefir, eggs, baking powder, salt, sugar, and flavoring.

Step 2

Mix the ingredients to form a homogeneous batter. The batter will be quite liquid, similar to pancake batter.
- 3
Step 3

Melt the butter. Pour it slowly into the dough in a thin stream, and knead thoroughly.

Step 4

Brush the preheated waffle iron with vegetable oil (use a pastry brush). Place 1 tablespoon of batter in the center of the waffle iron. Close the waffle iron and hold it gently. The batter will spread on its own, filling all the indentations. Keep the waffle in the iron until golden brown. Carefully remove the waffle and shape it. While hot, the waffle is pliable, but it hardens quickly as it cools. After completely cooling, the waffle will become soft again.

Step 5

I intentionally give the waffles this appearance. My family loves to fill the waffles themselves with all sorts of delicious toppings. You can use various fillings: an ice cream scoop, jam, melted chocolate, nuts, fresh fruits with cream—anything your heart desires.

I won't insist on a specific filling, so I'll show you the waffles in their original form, without any additions.
