Waffles with condensed milk caramel
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. The most popular filling for waffles (cones, rolls, sheets) is condensed milk. You can use regular condensed milk or caramelized condensed milk. Ready-made caramelized condensed milk is available in stores, which makes the task easier. These rolls can be served for dessert or prepared for a children's party.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
For the waffles: mix water with sugar and vanilla extract, gradually add flour and whisk thoroughly. Pour in the cream and vegetable oil. Mix the batter well until no lumps remain.
- 2
Step 2
Preheat the waffle maker (I have an electric one). Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into the center, immediately close the lid, and bake until done (follow your waffle maker's instructions).
- 3
Step 3
Remove the wafer and immediately roll it into a tube or cone (I use a rolling pin). Continue baking waffles from the remaining batter.
- 4
Step 4
Place the softened butter into the mixer bowl, add the condensed milk, and beat until a smooth mixture forms.
- 5
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and use it to fill the waffles with cream.
