Waffles on a skillet
Description
Waffles on the stovetop according to this recipe are the simplest waffles, made without a waffle iron or special ingredients. Everything is as simple and brilliant as possible. My family and I absolutely love these waffles. Whenever we crave something delicious with tea, I make them without hesitation. After all, nothing special is needed—just flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and a little bit of time. Give them a try, you'll definitely like them :) Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

In a convenient bowl, beat the eggs with sugar using a fork, or better yet a mixer, until foam appears and the mixture increases in volume.

Step 3

Pour the melted butter (can be melted in the microwave) into the mixture, stir, and gradually add the flour in parts, mixing carefully. The dough should turn out quite stiff!

Step 4

Preheat the pan well, grease it with oil, and place a small portion of batter onto it using a tablespoon, approximately as shown in the photo.

Step 5

Then we flip the waffle. Each side takes about 15-20 seconds. Place the cooked waffles onto a plate, drizzle with something delicious—condensed milk or jam—and serve.
