Waffles without a waffle maker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. I'd boldly say that waffles are a universal dish. They can be served with jam, marmalade, honey, and other sweets, or you can top them with scrambled eggs and fried bacon. I use a grill pan to make waffles with a ridged texture. If you don't have a grill pan, you can cook them on a regular frying pan. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Combine flour with baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix vanilla extract, eggs, yogurt, and vinegar. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Step 2
Preheat a grill pan with vegetable oil, pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture into the center, and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until a crispy crust forms.

Step 3
Transfer the waffles to a plate and let them cool. Before serving, brush the waffles with butter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
