Waffle cake made from crispbreads

40 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. The cream for this cake is made from condensed milk and chocolate. Moreover, the latter should preferably be chosen with a high cocoa content (70‑80%) to balance the sweetness of the condensed milk. When selecting crackers, it’s better to pay attention to those that contain whole‑grain wheat or rye flour. Then the dessert will be not only tasty but also healthy. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Periodically stirring the bowl's contents with a spoon, melt the butter and chocolate. Remove the bowl from the water bath, let it cool at room temperature, and then place it in the refrigerator until fully cooled. Then whisk the mixture using a whisk or a mixer.

Sprinkle the finished wafer cake made from biscuits with shredded coconut and serve it to the table, after chilling it first so that the cream does not ooze when cutting.
