Waffle tartlets

Description

The recipe won’t take much time. It’s important not to prepare the tartlets in advance; otherwise, by the time the guests arrive they will become soggy. For originality, you can use several types of caviar: cover the tartlets completely with one type, or divide each tartlet half between red and black caviar. Serve the appetizer.

   Take wafer tartlets. Fill them with cream cheese. You can use either classic cheese or cheese with various herbs added.

   Place the caviar on top of the cheese. I use both real caviar and seaweed caviar. Both pair wonderfully with cream cheese.
