Description

Uzbek dishes are very hearty and delicious. Lamb is usually used in them, but beef is also an option. Uzbek cuisine uses a great many seasonings and spices that give the dishes a unique aroma. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Then roll out the dough into a very thin sheet. Brush the sheet with vegetable oil. Spread the onion, ground meat, and potatoes on the dough. Season the filling with salt and spices to taste. Cilantro and cumin are usually used. Roll the dough with the filling into a roll.
