Uzbek samsa
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I highly recommend this simple Uzbek samsa recipe! The dish turns out very tender and filling at the same time. True, many people don't like the "dryness" of the filling, so I always add plenty of onion. You can also experiment with carrots, pumpkin, or zucchini. The vegetables will make the filling tastier and juicier. Serve cooled down or slightly warm.
