Uzbek halva
Description
I know there are many existing halva recipes, each connected to the region and traditions where it's prepared. I often make halva from sunflower seeds, but I'm drawn to variety when it comes to sweets, so I like trying different recipes. For Uzbek halva, we'll need flour, milk, sugar, ghee, walnuts, and sesame seeds. I recommend using ghee in particular, as it gives the halva a pronounced nutty flavor.
