Description
The recipe won't take much time. A perfect hot dish option is duck stewed in tomato sauce. You can soak up the sauce with bread or pour it over mashed potatoes served as a side dish. The key is to add a little sugar to prevent the sauce from becoming too sour. Serve hot.

Rinse the duck pieces under water and dry them with paper towels. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or non-stick pot, then brown the duck pieces on all sides for about 15 minutes.
