Duck in clay pots
Description
Duck meat is a very nutritious product, rich in protein, B vitamins, selenium, and zinc. It is easily digested and considered low-calorie, but cooking it deliciously isn't quite that easy. Today I want to share with you an excellent recipe for preparing duck in clay pots, which will make your duck incredibly tender and soft, with an absolutely amazing flavor. I always say how great and easy it is to cook in clay pots, but I'll say it again—dishes prepared this way have a richer, more intense taste, as they absorb the juices and aromas of the ingredients during cooking. This simple duck-in-pots recipe is no exception. Believe me, you could never achieve such an incredible result cooking duck in a frying pan or a regular pot. And if you don't believe me, just try it for yourself.
