
Duck in foil
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Here is a simple recipe for duck cooked in foil. Marinate the eviscerated and cleaned duck in a mixture of mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Leave for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight. Then wrap the duck in foil and bake in the oven. Thoroughly rinse the eviscerated duck to remove any impurities. Dry it with paper towels. Trim the wings with a knife.

Mix the mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly rub the mixture over the duck. Let it marinate for 1 hour. Then wrap the duck in foil and place it in the oven to bake. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 90 minutes, until a nice golden crust forms. To check for doneness, simply pierce the duck with a knife; if the juices run clear, the duck is ready!
