Duck with mandarins
Description
A little of something good. This phrase fits perfectly for this dish. Especially since duck is very rich, and its meat is quite heavy. This recipe is very unusual, as I didn't use traditional apples, but added tangerines and kiwi instead.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Wash the duck under running water.

Step 2

Rub the bird with salt and spices. I really like the flavor that rosemary gives. If you want to add some zest, you can brush the duck with honey—it will provide a pleasant sweetness. Peel the fruits, stuff the duck with them, and secure with toothpicks.

Step 3

Attention, friends! Wrap the wings and legs with foil so they don't burn in the oven. Place the duck on a baking sheet and add a glass of water. You can add a drop of citrus zest for aroma.

Step 4

Bake our mandarin duck for at least 2.5 hours at 180°C. The wait is worth it—the result will pleasantly surprise you!
