Duck with mushroom sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. For the sauce, you can use sour cream or milk instead of cream. Serve the duck with buckwheat porridge and fresh herbs as a side dish. Preparation: Rinse the duck carcass and place it under a weight for several hours to make it flatter. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large deep skillet. Season the duck with salt and place it in the skillet. Fry the duck until a golden-brown crust forms. Once the duck is cooked, season it with ground pepper. To prepare the mushroom sauce, slice the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Add flour and stir. Then add 2 tablespoons of water, cream, and sugar. Cook the sauce for 5–7 minutes. Cut the duck into serving portions, pour the mushroom sauce over it, and serve immediately. The finished dish is ready to be served.
