Sesame Urbech
Description
For the urbech to turn out tasty, it's important to choose good-quality sesame that isn't bitter. A food processor with an S-shaped blade works best for preparing it, but a blender will also do. Take breaks every 2–5 minutes so the blender doesn't overheat. If the sesame paste isn't grinding well, you can add a little neutral-tasting vegetable oil. Sesame is a good source of calcium. So sesame urbech turns out not only tasty but also healthy. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
