Stuffed fish garnish
Description
Of course, the question of dish presentation is a matter of personal taste, and I'm certainly not insisting that you must always decorate your fish this exact way! You can skip these elaborate constructions and simply garnish with mayonnaise and parsley. Do whatever you like! So let your creativity flow, and I wish you good luck!

Step 1

1. So, I usually serve fish with a salad. It can be any of your favorite salads. I'd recommend light vegetable ones, dressed with sour cream or yogurt. That way, you'll have both the fish and a side dish all at once!

Step 2

2. Boil the egg and let it cool. Peel it, cut off the top part, and decorate the remaining "cup" as you like. I use a knife to cut little notches, making the egg resemble a flower.

Step 3

3. I recommend using not overly ripe tomatoes—they should hold their shape and not release too much juice! Slice them into rounds.

Step 4

4. Place the cooked fish in a ring shape, pile the salad in the center, arrange tomato slices around the salad, and place the egg on top. Then, decorate with mayonnaise to your taste. It's ready!
